BlueWave Logistics is looking for a highly organized Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily delivery operations, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple shipments, drivers, and customer requests while ensuring timely and efficient delivery performance.

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including dispatch schedules, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.

Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth delivery execution.

Monitor shipment progress and quickly resolve delays, route issues, or documentation problems.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, incidents, and operational reports.

Support inventory movement, warehouse handovers, and transport planning.

Assist with performance reporting, including delivery timelines, failed deliveries, and customer feedback.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with delivery management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

Good understanding of route planning, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent operational issues.
