About the Role
OPPORTUNITY: Remote Sales Manager (Full Cycle)
Annual Salary: $28,000 - $30,000
Schedule: Operational standard hours
Location: Fully Remote
The Role in Brief:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to take charge of our commercial growth strategy and execution. This position requires a leader who is comfortable managing the entire revenue pipeline from scratch. You will not just oversee strategy; you will be actively involved in identifying opportunities, driving the conversation, and securing partnerships.
Primary Focus Areas:
Strategy & Growth: Design and execute plans to expand our market reach and acquire new clients.
Full-Cycle Oversight: Oversee and execute all phases of the pipeline, from initial market research and lead identification to presentation and final sign-off.
Performance Metrics: Establish, track, and optimize key conversion milestones to ensure steady business growth.
Process Optimization: Refine our outreach methodologies, pitch materials, and closing tactics to improve conversion rates.
What We Expect From You:
Prior experience in a sales leadership, management, or senior full-cycle sales role.
Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and a proven history of hitting revenue goals.
Strong analytical skills to track performance data and adjust tactics accordingly.
Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills.
