About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at NudgePay, you’ll shape how users experience complex financial products and turn them into simple, intuitive interfaces. You’ll play a key role in defining our design systems and ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across the platform.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design for payment flows, dashboards, and internal tools
Translate complex payment concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
Collaborate with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery
Maintain and evolve design systems and UX standards
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and visual design skills
Experience designing complex workflows (payments, finance, or data-heavy products)
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
