About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of core payment products at NudgePay. You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and design to deliver payment solutions that are reliable, compliant, and user-centric.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for key payment features and services

  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams

  • Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market insights

  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, and technical feasibility

  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize product performance

  • Stay current with payment industry trends, regulations, and competitors

    • Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or payments

  • Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., card payments, wallets, payouts, APIs)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
