About the RoleWe're looking for someone who's good with people and good with responsibility, to help run a savings and investment program, You'll bring people together, help them save regularly, and lead a small team that keeps everything running smoothly.
Bringing new people into the savings program and helping them get started
Building and leading a small team of local savings coordinators
Making sure everyone's savings are collected and banked safely, every day
Checking in with your team weekly and solving problems as they come up
Responsibilities
Someone people trust and naturally listen to
Honest as you'll be handling other people's money, so integrity matters most
Willing to work in your community, Monday to Saturday
No special certificate required , just the drive to build something and lead people
