As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences. You will be involved from discovery through to delivery, helping the team understand user needs, create prototypes, test ideas, and improve existing product journeys.
Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Work with product managers to define user problems, product requirements, and design priorities.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Improve existing product journeys based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system.
Present design concepts and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showing product design work across web and/or mobile platforms.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Good understanding of user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
Experience using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
Comfortable working with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience
Experience designing SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or business management products.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development.
Experience working with design systems.
Familiarity with agile product development.
Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
