About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences. You will be involved from discovery through to delivery, helping the team understand user needs, create prototypes, test ideas, and improve existing product journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Work with product managers to define user problems, product requirements, and design priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Improve existing product journeys based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
  • Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showing product design work across web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Good understanding of user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
  • Experience using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Comfortable working with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Experience designing SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or business management products.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Familiarity with agile product development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
