About the Job

The Solid Base Brain School is seeking an experienced, disciplined, and visionary School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Nursery, Primary, and Secondary School.


The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the school by supervising staff, maintaining academic excellence, enforcing school policies, fostering positive relationships with parents, and ensuring that all operations align with the vision and standards of the Proprietor. 
This position reports directly to the Proprietor and requires a leader with integrity, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for quality education.



Responsibility


  • Manage the daily operations of the school.
  • Supervise all teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Ensure teachers prepare lesson notes and schemes of work.
  • Monitor classroom teaching and learning.
  • Maintain discipline among staff and students.
  • Coordinate admissions and student enrollment.
  • Handle parent enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
  • Monitor staff punctuality and attendance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Supervise examinations and academic activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Reports to the Proprietor.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance academic excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure school facilities remain clean, safe, and functional.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school administration or educational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Nursery, Primary, and Secondary School operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
